Description and Uses
Propylene Glycol Dioleate (PGDD) is an insoluble compound which appears as an oily, viscous yellow to amber colored liquid and finds application as an emulsifier for chemicals used in leather processing and in lubricants. It is also utilized in cosmetics industries for the preparation of skin conditioning agents.
