Description and Uses
N-Tigloylglycine is a metabolite of Isoleucine, and has been identified as a potential urinary marker for diagnosing treatment failure in tuberculosis patients. It may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in human and animal urine samples using gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
