O-Desmorpholinopropyl Gefitinib is a metabolite of Gefitinib, a potent inhibitor of tyrosine phosporylation in EGFR. The chemical structure of O-Desmorpholinopropyl Gefitinib consists of a quinazoline-6-ol core with a phenylamino group attached to a chloro-fluoro-phenyl ring, enabling it to interact with multiple biological targets.
