Description and Uses
4-Hydroxybenzenesulfonic Acid is a useful synthetic intermediate. It is used in the synthesis of difluoromethyl sulfonates. It can be also used to prepare Famphur Oxon (F102330) which is a metabolite of Famphur (F102325), an organophosphate insecticide and pesticide.
