Description and Uses
Mabuterol hydrochloride i s a β2-selective adrenergic agonist closely related to clenbuterol, and useful in the treatment of chronic bronchial asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema. Its oral potency and duration of action are reported to exceed those of salbutamol.
Mabuterol Hydrochloride is an acidic salt of Mabuterol (M104000). Mabuterol is a β2-adrenergic agonist, used as a bronchodilator/antiasthmatic.
