Description and Uses
Methyl 4-aminobenzoate was used in the syntheses of guanidine alkaloids, (±)-martinelline and (±)-martinellic acid by a protic acid catalyzed hetero Diels-Alder coupling reaction with N-Cbz 2-pyrroline.
