Description and Uses
Cinchonine hydrochloride not only possesses the required solubility and bioavailability criteria for pharmaceutical formulations while retaining desired therapeutic properties, but is also very stable in solution, which facilitates the preparation of aqueous formulations, especially injections.
Cinchonine hydrochloride can be used as an inhibitory substance for the phenomenon of "multidrug resistance" (MDR). In particular, cinchonine hydrochloride compositions are useful in the treatment of cancer-related diseases with MDR phenomena.
