Description and Uses
6-Amino-5-nitrosouracil is used in the preparation of palladium(II) complexes with 5-nitrosopyrimidines which display antiproliferative effects. Useful heterocyclic reagent in the synthesis of substituted purine derivatives displaying anti-thyroid activity.
