Description and Uses
2,3,5-Trimethoxybenzaldehyde is used in the preparation of imine derivatives which might exhibit glycosidase inhibitors. It is also used in the preparation of phenylalkylamine analogs with psychoactive properties. Starting reagent for the preparation of flavonoids.
