Dabigatran Acyl-O4-D-Glucuronide Trifluoroacetic Acid Salt, is the major human metabolite of Dabigatran (D100090), which is an oral anticoagulant from the class of the direct thrombin inhibitors. It is one of the four isomeric acylglucuronides of Dabigatran that were isolated and purified from urine of dosed rhesus monkeys.
