(6S)-Hydroxy (S,S)-Palonosetron (H949365) is a metabolite of Palonosetron (P165800, HCl salt) which is a potent, single stereoisomeric 5-HT3 receptor antagonist developed to prevent chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
