Description and Uses
Amino-PEG7-alcohol is a PEG reagent containing an amino group (NH2) and a hydroxyl group. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups.
Amino-PEG7-alcohol is a reagent used in pharmaceutical preparations such as the preparation of a water-soluble cancer vaccine adjuvant.
