Description and Uses
A fluorinated quinilone that in the presence of microsomal activation exhibits some mutagenic activity in Salmonella typhimurium TA100 but showed no significant effect on unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS) in rat hepatocytes compared to other fluoroquinones.
