Perfluorooctylethyl Methacrylate was used to prepare fluorinated latexes by polymerization of miniemulsions as fluorinated monomers.Along with Perfluorodecylethyl Methacrylate (P286590), Perfluorooctylethyl Methacrylate was one of the pollutants from Great Lakes studied.
